Role overview
Permanent Senior Electrical Engineer role within Amey's Consulting Built Environment team.
The role leads building services design across infrastructure, transport, education, defence, health, housing, and utilities projects.

Core responsibilities
- Undertake condition surveys and feasibility studies.
- Develop scopes of work and design briefs with clients.
- Provide technical advice, conduct construction site inspections, and oversee sub-consultants.
- Lead electrical and building services delivery on multidisciplinary projects.
- Prepare, check, and approve designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Control project budgets, costs, quality, and programme objectives.
- Act as Design Team Lead and manage project scope and technical interfaces.
