Role overview
Manage and coordinate electrical activities for residential projects involving Mivan structures.
Own electrical execution from site delivery through office planning, billing, manpower, materials, documentation, and client coordination.
The position is hybrid, combining site and office work, and is full-time.
Key responsibilities
- Execute conduit installation, wiring, DB installation and termination, MCB/RCCB installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, electricians, and labor teams.
- Manage progress, quality, technical issues, manpower, materials, stock, records, billing, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, and other building services.
Mandatory requirements
- 15–20+ years of electrical contracting or project execution experience.
- Substantial residential project experience, including mandatory Mivan-structure residential project experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of conduit and wiring work in Mivan structures.
- Ability to independently handle projects from execution through billing and final completion.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, team-management, communication, and coordination skills.
