Bridge Responsibilities
- Manage structural analysis, design, and contract document preparation, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and project team members.
- Review work products for quality.
- Prepare proposals and develop project scope and fees.
Building and Construction Responsibilities
- Plan and execute civil engineering and building projects.
- Apply knowledge of drainage construction, foundations, civil and structural works, and high-rise building works.
- Plan, design, and manage the day-to-day running of construction projects.
- Liaise with subcontractors and consultants during execution.
- Ensure timely project delivery according to schedule.
- Update project records for reporting and submit reports.
- Attend site meetings and independently resolve technical and operational issues.
- Undertake ad hoc duties supporting project execution.
Employment and Compensation
- The role is full-time and permanent.
- Pay starts at ₹40,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Experience or capability in structural analysis, design, and contract document preparation for bridge works.
