About the Role
Holman Deutschland is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to manage nationwide acquisition of OEM workshops and oversee the entire purchasing process. The role requires 3-5 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities
- Active nationwide acquisition of OEM workshops including planning and conducting customer meetings
- Conducting thorough needs, market and competitive analyses as well as audit proof tenders (Direct & Indirect Spend)
- Obtaining, evaluating and validating offers
- Independent preparation and execution of demanding negotiations on conditions, remuneration and contracts
- Ensuring compliance with compliance and GRC requirements before onboarding new suppliers
- Strategic supplier management including annual planning, performance reviews and support for projects and supplier days
- Identification of optimization potential beyond own area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed business studies or commercial training with relevant professional experience
- At least 3 5 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on negotiations
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
- Confident demeanor, strong communication and presentation skills
- Very good German and good English skills
