About Us

  • Proper Choice Training Institute is a KHDA approved training institute in Dubai offering Exam Preparation Programs and Language Courses including IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, EmSAT, SAT, English, Arabic, German, French, and Italian.
  • We are looking for an experienced and results driven Senior Education Sales Executive who can convert inquiries into enrollments, manage student admissions, and actively contribute to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, walk ins, and referrals.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, EmSAT, SAT, English, Arabic, German, French, and Italian courses.
  • Understand student goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
  • Conduct course presentations and explain training packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, and enrollments.
  • Build relationships with schools, universities, corporates, healthcare professionals, and community groups.
  • Generate new student leads through networking, partnerships, events, and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Participate in educational exhibitions, open days, and promotional events.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in a Training Institute, Educational Institute, University or Test Preparation Center.
  • Strong knowledge of IELTS, PTE, OET, TOEFL, EmSAT, SAT, and Language Training Programs.
  • Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills.
  • Strong telephone sales and follow up skills.
  • Experience handling CRM systems and lead management.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of admissions targets.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Hindi, Urdu, Arabic, Malayalam, Tamil, or other languages will be an advantage.
