Stanford University is seeking an Administrative Services Administrator 2, to lead and administer programs or functions under minimal supervision.

• Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
• Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
• Occasionally use a telephone.
• Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.

• Close work with Associate Chair of Education and Director of Medical Student Education as it pertains to UME and GME.
• Close work with GME Program Directors, Associate Program Directors for multiple residencies and fellowship programs.
• Ability to work with complex questions related to visas, state medical board and Stanford entities as it pertains to trainees in the Department of Radiology.
• Ability to prepare budgets and budgetary analysis and work with colleagues in departmental finance.
• Provide assistance with T32 and post-doctoral training programs.
• Work closely with residents and fellows to assist in credentialing or ongoing needs while in training.
• Other duties may also be assigned.
