Senior E&I Project Engineer

Description & Requirements

• Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Senior E&I Project Engineer to join our Engineering Construction division, supporting the delivery of a major mining and minerals project in Western Australia.
• This is a key role on a large-scale project encompassing both SMP and E&I scopes, with a strong focus on E&I delivery. The position will initially be based in the Perth office, before transitioning to site mid September on a 2:1 roster.
• We are open to candidates based in any major Australian capital city.
• With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering complex works for tier 1 clients across the resources sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of E&I work packs and oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of project scopes
• Coordinate labour, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to supervisors and project teams
• Monitor construction progress, track milestones, and ensure alignment with project schedules
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across E&I activities
• Promote and enforce strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications, and ISO standards
• Manage subcontractors and support commercial aspects including cost control, forecasting, and change management
• Support commissioning and handover activities as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
