Senior E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute ecommerce strategy to meet or exceed budgeted sales targets.
• Nurture existing e-retailer relationships and identify new opportunities within digital retail.
• Develop annual budgets and review quarterly assortments to optimize product mix.
• Maintain monthly rolling forecasts with country managers and distributors.
• Create customer business plans with joint KPIs and targets.
• Ensure SKU availability and service levels above 85% across customers.
• Use market trends, consumer insights, and data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize the digital customer journey, engagement, sales conversion, and brand presence.
• Develop e-retailer platform strategy to improve market presence and ecommerce efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in quickCommerce or FMCG ecommerce environments.
• Track record of delivering results in both sales and marketing roles.
• Experience with leading ecommerce platforms and digital marketplaces is preferred, particularly in the UAE or Middle East.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging ecommerce trends.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing stakeholders across levels and geographies.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to propose innovative ideas and take initiative.
