About the Role
Now Health International is seeking a Senior DXC Assure V4 Support Engineer to act as the primary escalation point for platform incidents, lead configuration and setup activities, and oversee SQL database administration.

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for all DXC Assure V4 and Assure Health platform incidents and service requests
- Lead end to end product configuration and setup activities on the Assure Health platform
- Design, implement, and govern configuration management processes
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for P1/P2 incidents and implement permanent corrective actions
- Oversee Microsoft SQL Server database administration tasks
- Architect and govern ETL processes for data migration, member onboarding, claims feeds, and third party integrations
- Collaborate with DXC vendor teams on release management, platform upgrades, hotfix deployments, and configuration migrations
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to mid level and junior support engineers
Requirements
- Experience with DXC Assure V4 and Assure Health platform
- Strong SQL Server administration skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data migration
- Knowledge of health insurance operations is a plus

Role Overview
- Senior DXC Assure V4 Support Engineer responsible for platform incident escalation, configuration, SQL administration, and ETL processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary escalation point for all DXC Assure V4 and Assure Health platform incidents and service requests
- Lead end to end product configuration and setup activities on the Assure Health platform, including benefit plan setup, product rules, tariff structures, member eligibility configurations, etc
- Design, implement, and govern configuration management processes to ensure all platform setups are version controlled, tested, and documented
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for P1/P2 incidents and implement permanent corrective actions
- Oversee Microsoft SQL Server database administration tasks including query optimisation, stored procedure review, index management, and performance tuning
- Architect and govern ETL processes for data migration, member onboarding, claims feeds, and third party integrations
- Collaborate with DXC vendor teams on release management, platform upgrades, hotfix deployments, and configuration migrations across environments
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to mid level and junior support engineers on SQL, ETL, and Assure Health configuration best practices
