About the Role
Al Emadi Stones seeks a Senior Draftsman to prepare detailed shop drawings and cutting lists for stone projects. The role involves coordination with site teams, technical review, and production support.

Responsibilities
- Prepare fully detailed shop drawings showing required fixation and fabrication details, along with technical solution for connection details with neighbouring trades aligned with design drawings
- Develop cutting lists, layouts, and detailed drawings for fabrication and installation on site
- Develop illustration sketches with cutting lists showing tag numbers to ensure homogeneity and/or book matching
- Work closely with site engineers, designers, and project managers to align drawings with project requirements
- Modify and update drawings based on site conditions or client changes
- Interpret and review architectural and structural drawings for stone applications
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards
- Provide factories with accurate dimensions and material details for cutting and polishing
- Assist in optimizing material usage to reduce waste
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software (mandatory)
- Revit & 3DMax (preferable)
- Strong knowledge of marble types, patterns, installation techniques & details
- Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings
- Attention to detail and strong coordination/communication skills
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the stone or marble industry
