About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the leadership and continuous improvement of the Document Control and Technical Library processes within the Documentation Section
- Monitor and track company documents through the creation, approval process, version control, and maintenance
- Maintain a comprehensive hard copy archive of all approved policies, manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms
- Update company documentation in response to Management of Change requests and manage the archiving of the requests
- Assist with all document production and publishing requirements, including graphic design and formatting in accordance with company brand guidelines
- Proficiently use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects for various design and editing tasks
- Develop dynamic and engaging presentations utilizing advanced Microsoft PowerPoint features
- Apply strong typography and layout design skills to enhance visual communication
- Create and manipulate vector and raster images to fit various media needs
- Incorporate images, videos, and animations into designs and presentations to enhance storytelling
- Generate informative and visually appealing charts, graphs, and infographics
- Perform photo retouching, colour correction, and compositing to deliver high quality images
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five to six years' experience in a related field
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Visio, and Project
- Advanced skills or certification in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive content
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid UAE driver’s license

Key Responsibilities
