Role Overview
The Senior Analyst, Document Control maintains the integrity, accessibility, traceability, and quality of controlled documentation within the Transportation Business Unit.
The role operates under technical direction for document control scope, standards, risks, priorities, and complex issue resolution.
The position contributes to standards, procedures, and continuous improvement for a consistent and compliant document control program.
Essential Job Functions
- Support development and implementation of document control standards, procedures, tools, and systems.
- Train and guide team members, stakeholders, and external parties on document control standards and systems.
- Execute document control processes accurately and completely in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Identify risks, process gaps, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions.
- Manage revision control, deliverable numbering, metadata entry, quality checks, uploads, distribution, and acceptance decisions.
- Communicate quality issues and standards gaps and support sustainable resolution.
- Periodic travel to field offices may be required.
