Overview

Qualification

• Diploma or equivalent in relevant Subject.
• Holder of Accreditation from known Institute would be an advantage.
• Holder of current/valid Qatar Driving License.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications including spreadsheets and database management.
• Knowledge of business principles.
• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other Arabic and English language skills.
• Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents.
• Proven experience in information and communication management.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English is essential.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in Arabic is preferred.

Role/Duties

• Receive, check, record and file all technical and non-technical documents as per company policy and procedures.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure that documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documents are controlled, disseminated and filed correctly.
• Ensure that the unit’s documents are checked and submitted on time prior to their submission due date.
• Input document data into required registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
