Directs teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis across diverse product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and continuously refining competitive strategies to lead in the marketplace.
Directs teams in identifying and capitalizing on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements.
Champions internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions.
Guides the product lifecycle from planning to release and establishes long-term initiatives for evolving the product roadmap for an extensive portfolio of products/features.
Establishes innovative best practices organization-wide and champions analytic framework for data-driven decision-making.
Partners with key stakeholders at the executive level to define and drive product direction.
Drives alignment across Lines of Business (LOB) to drive product innovation and evolution.
Establishes success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features.
Provides strategic oversight to teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are tailored to customer needs.
Guides the resolution development process for complex and/or high-stakes customer issues.
Guides and strategically coordinates the delivery for the field team and governs various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations.
