Role overview
Lead Project and Development Services projects with responsibility for operational, commercial, client, procedural, and quality outcomes.
Represent client interests from project inception through completion and support successful delivery of projects.
Project delivery
- Ensure compliance with project safety and environmental plans.
- Set project budgets and oversee tenders and contracts with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Establish achievable objectives and milestones for project programmes.
- Oversee construction phases and provide appropriate supervision.
- Maintain quality, health, and safety systems across projects.
- Determine resource needs, requirements, and constraints for successful delivery.
- Use JLL technology, including OVP, Prolog, and Atlas, in project delivery.
Leadership and client relationships
- Develop staff and provide regular feedback, guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
- Build client trust and relationships that support new project leads.
- Participate actively in business development, particularly for larger or higher-risk projects.
