Role Description
- The Senior Director is a full time, on site leadership role based in Antioch, TN.
- Responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction across assigned restaurants or functional areas.
- Leads and develops multi unit or departmental leaders, sets performance expectations, and ensures consistent execution of brand standards.
