The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operational functions of the asset management office in Dubai, ensuring seamless coordination across all regional and international offices, subsidiaries, and investment platforms.
This role requires a strategic operator with deep domain expertise in private equity, real estate development, and financial services, capable of aligning operational execution with the firm’s investment objectives.

Operational Leadership
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures
Global Coordination
- Act as the central coordination point between headquarters, international offices, and subsidiaries
- Ensure consistent operational standards, reporting frameworks, and communication across jurisdictions
- Support cross-border investment activities and operational integration of new ventures or acquisitions
Investment Operations Oversight
- Oversee operational aspects of private equity investments, including deal execution support, portfolio monitoring, and exit processes
- Coordinate real estate development operations, including project tracking, stakeholder management, and reporting
- Ensure financial operations (fund accounting, treasury, reporting) are accurate and timely
Process Optimization & Governance
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce risk
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in the UAE and relevant international jurisdictions
- Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to uphold governance standards
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with senior leadership, investment teams, external partners, and service providers
- Provide regular operational reporting and insights to executive management
- Support investor relations with accurate operational and performance data
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum
- 10+ years of experience
- in operations within asset management, private equity, real estate development, or financial services
- Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional operations and coordinating across global offices
- Strong understanding of private equity structures, real estate development cycles, and financial operations
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
