- Own Enterprise portfolio strategy: segmentation, positioning, packaging, differentiation, and multi year roadmap
- Drive portfolio rationalization: simplify offers, reduce overlap, clarify packaging
- Build investment cases and prioritization frameworks: ROI, customer impact, competitive urgency
- Lead lifecycle governance: launch readiness, adoption tracking, end of life planning
- Serve as field first PLM partner for Americas Enterprise: translate field realities into offers and roadmap
- Build and maintain Enterprise competitive and displacement offerings and plays
- Develop migration focused offers and value narratives
- Own pricing and packaging inputs for Enterprise
- Own verticals portfolio strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities across targeted markets
- Define and maintain market backed value propositions for key vertical segments
- Lead and coach the Verticals PLM team
Requirements
- 15+ years in product management / product line management in enterprise B2B technology (telecom/UC/CC strongly preferred)
- Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and roadmap across complex, multi product environments
- Demonstrated success partnering with field sales to drive growth
- Strong competitive strategy experience (displacement, migration, incumbent replacement)
- Executive level communication skills
- Experience building repeatable offers with Services/Delivery

Overview
- This role is a senior Product Line Management leader responsible for defining and driving the Enterprise portfolio strategy and roadmap.
- The role also acts as the Enterprise GTM facing PLM lead to accelerate direct growth.
- The Senior Director will also lead the Verticals Product Management Group.
Responsibilities
- Enterprise portfolio ownership (global scope): Own Enterprise portfolio strategy, drive portfolio rationalization, build investment cases, lead lifecycle governance, establish voice of customer mechanisms.
- Enterprise growth ownership (GTM facing PLM lead): Serve as field first PLM partner, build competitive and displacement offerings, develop migration focused offers, own pricing and packaging inputs, enable sales execution.
- Verticals portfolio ownership (global scope): Own verticals portfolio strategy, define market backed value propositions, partner with Engineering and Technology Partners, drive lifecycle management, establish voice of customer mechanisms, lead and coach the Verticals PLM team.
- Cross functional leadership: Act as decision driver across PLM, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Services, Support, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- 15+ years in product management / product line management in enterprise B2B technology (telecom/UC/CC strongly preferred).
- Proven ownership of portfolio strategy and roadmap across complex, multi product environments.
- Demonstrated success partnering with field sales to drive growth (especially direct enterprise motions).
- Strong competitive strategy experience (displacement, migration, incumbent replacement, partner dynamics).
- Executive level communication skills: crisp narrative, strong judgment, and ability to drive alignment in a matrix.
- Experience building repeatable offers with Services/Delivery (packaged services, migration approaches, scoped outcomes).
