- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting
- Relevant graduate level degree (e.g., health sciences, medical education, public health, education, or related field); a doctoral degree is an asset
- Track record of research, innovation, or quality improvement in health sciences education is highly beneficial
- High ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive and non discriminatory practices

Role Description
- The Senior Director role at CM6PASS is a part time, hybrid position based in Dubai, with a mix of on site responsibilities and the flexibility to work from home.
- The Senior Director will oversee strategic planning, governance, and operational management for programs and initiatives in health sciences education.
- Day to day activities include leading academic and pedagogical projects, coordinating with faculty and health sector partners, setting performance objectives, and monitoring program outcomes.
- The role involves developing and implementing policies, managing budgets and resources at a senior level, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
- The Senior Director will also mentor team members, represent CM6PASS in external forums, and support fundraising, partnership development, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills, with experience overseeing complex educational or healthcare programs at a senior level.
- Expertise in health sciences education, pedagogy, or curriculum development, ideally within universities, teaching hospitals, or professional training centers.
- Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with faculty, clinicians, administrators, and external partners.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational governance, budget oversight, and responsible resource allocation.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on site presence in Dubai with remote coordination and digital collaboration tools.
