- Experience leading and mentoring distributed or cross cultural teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and decision making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Dubai, including some remote work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree is an advantage
- Familiarity with US small business environment and offshoring models is highly beneficial

Role Description
- The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for VA Headhunter PH’s talent solutions and client relationships.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- Day to day responsibilities include defining business strategy, managing key client accounts, overseeing recruitment and talent placement processes, and guiding cross functional teams to achieve performance targets.
