Role Description
- The Senior Director at No Varejo | Podcast will lead strategic planning, content direction, and stakeholder relationships for the podcast and related initiatives.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home days.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee episode planning, guest coordination, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Work closely with hosts, producers, and external partners.
- Set growth objectives, guide marketing and distribution strategies, analyze audience metrics, and identify new partnership and monetization opportunities.
- Mentor team members, ensure efficient workflows, and represent the podcast in industry events.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership with ability to set vision and drive execution.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, including experience in growing media or content ventures.
- Proficiency in podcast or media production environments.
- Experience in marketing, audience growth, and distribution strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret audience data and performance metrics.
- Comfort with hybrid work models and digital collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Dubai or GCC market and fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
