Role Description
- The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership for VA Bootcamp Training Services, overseeing program design, delivery, and quality across all medical bootcamps.
- This part time hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a mix of on site responsibilities and the flexibility to work from home for planning, coordination, and administrative tasks.
- Day to day activities include setting the overall training vision, supervising curriculum development, aligning programs with current medical standards, and ensuring an engaging learner experience.
- The Senior Director will lead and mentor instructional staff, manage key partnerships with healthcare organizations, and collaborate on marketing and outreach initiatives to grow program enrollment.
- The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement in operations and educational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team supervision, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in medical education, clinical training, or healthcare program management, with the ability to align curriculum with current medical practices.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with instructors, learners, and external partners.
