Senior Director, Development Program Management- Oncology

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management. Proactively share lessons learned within the team and across the organization.

Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred. Minimum of 15+ years' experience relevant broad project / program management experience required, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry

Have extensive experience in Pharma R&D project management, a deep understanding of the end-to-end drug development process and a proven ability to deliver results

Have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels both internal and external to the company in order to establish credibility with professionals on the project teams.

Have strong presentation and critical thinking skills.

Actively promote constructive interactions among team members to address difficult situations.

Resolve and negotiate conflicts or problems with tact, diplomacy and composure.

Handle multiple projects and priorities with exceptional organizational and time management skills
