Role Overview
Build and lead a global application engineering organization for AI and high-performance computing power delivery.
Own technical customer relationships from initial architecture discussions through production ramp.
Serve as the customer voice inside the new product introduction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain engineering talent while rapidly scaling the organization.
- Develop front-line managers, technical leads, organizational structure, and operating cadence.
- Scale customer enablement with automation, design guides, simulation models, and other high-leverage tools.
- Own reference designs for AI and compute power delivery ahead of customer windows.
- Own technical escalations and connect field learning to the product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success building and scaling technical teams, including managing managers.
- Deep datacenter and server power delivery experience from rack and bus-bar distribution through point of load.
- Experience leading technical engagements with hyperscale, OEM, ODM, or ASIC customers.
- Executive communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional organizations without direct authority.
