Opportunity Overview
RBC's AI Group is developing AI-powered banking solutions, and the AI Solutions Engineering team translates AI research into production-ready enterprise solutions.
The Senior Director will lead software and ML engineers building, deploying, and scaling AI solutions across RBC business lines.
The role reports to the VP, Solutions Engineering and Delivery.
AI Solutions Engineering Leadership
- Lead engineering, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions across multiple business domains.
- Ensure deployment, production support, and monitoring of AI solutions on RBC platforms.
- Translate research algorithms and ML models into production-ready software solutions.
- Drive technical roadmaps covering architecture patterns, integration strategies, deployment automation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, reliability, scalability, security, regulatory, architecture, and governance standards.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Partner with architecture and platform teams to align solutions with enterprise standards and leverage reusable components.
