Qualification: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (IT / Computer Science)

We are hiring a Senior Digital Solution Designer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade digital solutions in the banking domain.

The role involves translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise standards and digital transformation goals.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, requiring strong expertise in solution architecture, full-stack systems, enterprise integration, and banking technology platforms.

· Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise digital banking initiatives

· Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical architectures

· Define and design API-based, microservices-driven architectures

· Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Architecture, Development, and QA teams

· Drive architecture governance, design standards, and best practices

· Identify risks and define mitigation strategies for solution delivery

· Create detailed architecture documentation and solution blueprints

· Support delivery teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases

· Evaluate new technologies and drive innovation in digital banking solutions

· Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical excellence and knowledge sharing

· Strong experience in Solution Architecture & Digital Solution Design

· Expertise in Banking / Financial Services domain

· Experience in Full Stack Development & Enterprise Applications

· Strong understanding of:

o Microservices Architecture

o Database Technologies

o Scalable system design

· Experience in end-to-end project delivery

· Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices

· Ability to convert business needs into technical architecture solutions

· CI/CD & DevOps practices

Good to Have

· Experience in Digital Banking Transformation programs

· Exposure to Cloud-native architectures & AI/ML-based platforms

· Certifications in:

o Enterprise Architecture

· Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
