Your Role
- Guide and support digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and meet high-quality standards, in line with the agreed project proposal.
- Managing multi-discipline projects from initial stages through to final delivery, with a focus on digital.
- Identifying client opportunities for added value and improvement to enhance the Creative Design offering within projects.
- Providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Able to build trusted relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate and support resource allocation thoughtfully and effectively to ensure project success.
- Overseeing and managing risk on project budgets, quality and timelines.
- Ensuring we re delivering high-quality projects that provide meaningful value.
- Ensure project close-outs are undertaken and that insights and learnings are openly shared with the broader PM team.
- Working with the PM team to continuously assess working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
- Possess a creative flair and thoughtful and innovative approach to projects.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Support and guide junior-mid weight team members, mentoring them to build confidence and grow their skill sets, and present updates on their development plans regularly.
