Role Overview
• Develop a deep understanding of client and colleague needs, behaviours and pain points through research, service design, data and operational insight, using this evidence to shape product priorities and roadmaps.
• Lead discovery and concept development for priority digital change, framing clear problems, hypotheses, target outcomes and measures of success before committing to build.
• Apply design thinking throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring solutions are desirable for users, viable for the business, technically feasible and appropriate within TrinityBridge's risk and regulatory environment.
• Translate TrinityBridge's Digital and AI strategy into practical product initiatives, particularly across onboarding, colleague-facing technology and AI enabled workflow redesign.
• Work across Digital, Technology, Operations, Advice, Bespoke Investment Management, Financial Planning, Risk & Compliance to redesign end to end journeys rather than digitising existing process steps in isolation.
• Use an iterative, test & learn approach to validate value early, incorporating user feedback, operational evidence and control requirements before scaling.
• Build clear product cases covering client and colleague outcomes, efficiency, cost, risk, adoption and strategic value; track benefits through delivery and into BAU.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove avoidable hand offs and use data, automation or AI appropriately to improve quality, speed and consistency.
• Monitor relevant market, regulatory and technology developments and translate them into practical implications and opportunities for TrinityBridge.
• Create or orchestrate new workflows using automation, generative AI and agentic capabilities where appropriate, including human oversight, escalation paths, auditability and performance controls.
• Establish product analytics and feedback loops. Define KPIs covering experience, adoption, completion, quality, productivity, risk and value realisation, and use them to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage third-party suppliers and delivery partners effectively, setting clear outcomes, challenging constructively and ensuring delivery quality, knowledge transfer and value for money.
• Support technology selection and RFP activity where capability gaps are identified, grounding recommendations in validated user needs, target architecture and commercial evidence.
• Act as a senior member of the Digital team, contributing to the wider digital portfolio, product practice and strategic priorities of TrinityBridge.
• Build trusted partnerships across the organisation and create alignment between business sponsors, subject-matter experts, delivery teams, control functions and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops and decision forums that turn complex or competing perspectives into clear problems, agreed outcomes and actionable priorities.
• Champion a design first, client centred and evidence led product culture, helping colleagues move from solution assumptions to validated needs and measurable outcomes.
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, progress, risks and decisions clearly to stakeholders up to and including Executive level.
• Create enthusiasm and momentum around new digital and AI enabled capabilities while setting realistic expectations about adoption, controls, learning and value realisation.
• Influence without relying on hierarchy, constructively challenge where needed and maintain clarity over ownership, decision rights and accountability.
• Plan for adoption from the outset, working with business owners on communications, training, process change, readiness and transition into BAU.
• Deliver experiences aligned to TrinityBridge's client commitment, helping clients and colleagues feel valued, confident, understood and able to do business with us easily.
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, including the importance of good client outcomes, fair treatment, data protection, operational resilience and effective risk management.
• For AI supported workflows, ensure appropriate governance for accuracy, bias, explainability, data use, third-party risk, model or service performance, monitoring and escalation.
• Act in accordance with TrinityBridge's regulatory standards, compliance policies and conduct expectations, with a consistent focus on achieving good client outcomes.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, including effective governance, operational risk management, operational resilience, client outcomes, Outsourced Service Provider oversight and controlled service delivery.
• Ensure service management and oversight activity is delivered in line with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, policies and procedures, including FCA principles and internal Compliance and Risk requirements.
• Support appropriate governance, oversight and challenge of material Operational Vendors and Third-Party Providers, helping to ensure compliance with internal outsourcing, Outsourced Service Provider management, operational resilience, risk and control requirements.
• Promote a strong risk and control culture across the function, ensuring issues, incidents, breaches, complaint themes, control weaknesses and emerging risks are appropriately identified, escalated, tracked and remediated.
• Proven product management experience delivering complex digital products or services from discovery through build, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.
• Strong experience of digital onboarding, client lifecycle, workflow or colleague facing product delivery.

Working knowledge and practical experience of generative AI, workflow automation or agentic capabilities, including the ability to shape use cases and collaborate with technical specialists to create new workflows.
Understanding of the controls required for responsible AI enabled change, including human-in-the-loop design, data protection, testing, monitoring, auditability and clear accountability.
Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into clear product outcomes, hypotheses, requirements, roadmaps, backlogs and measures of success.
Commercial acumen, with experience of assessing costs, benefits, trade-offs, supplier value and measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical judgement and an ability to balance client experience, colleague experience, operational efficiency, technology constraints, risk and regulatory obligations.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders and delivery partners.
Comfort with agile and iterative delivery methods, while applying proportionate governance and disciplined decision-making.
Experience managing third party suppliers, including outcome setting, delivery oversight and commercial challenge.
Highly organised, self motivated and accountable, with the ability to prioritise and maintain momentum in a complex, changing environment.
