A UK-based group of regulated financial services and legal businesses expanding in Dubai is hiring for this role.
The role owns the marketing function across three brands.
What you will own
- Own the full marketing strategy and lead the team across three brands.
- Develop brand identity, creative output, and long-term brand equity.
- Drive organic growth through SEO, content, social, PR, and video or UGC strategy.
- Manage Google Ads search, paid social, budgets, and CPA or ROI targets.
- Oversee websites, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization across all brands.
- Create reporting and dashboards for the CMO and senior leadership.
- Ensure marketing activity meets FCA, SRA, and IPA regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
- At least 6 years of digital marketing experience and at least 3 years in senior management.
- Hands-on Google Ads search expertise.
- A proven track record growing SEO, content, and social channels.
- Experience building brand equity alongside performance marketing.
- Experience hiring and leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Strong commercial instinct focused on revenue, CPA, and ROI.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-aware environment.
- UK financial services, legal claims, insolvency, or consumer finance experience is a plus.
