Agencia WN is seeking a strategic and results-driven **Senior Digital Marketing Manager** to lead high-impact digital initiatives and drive measurable business growth.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader with strong expertise in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and team leadership.
You will play a key role in shaping digital strategy, scaling acquisition channels, and delivering ROI-focused campaigns across multiple platforms.
What You'Ll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media)
- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other data tools
- Manage multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising
- Oversee website performance, landing pages, and user journey optimization
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital marketing professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, including leadership responsibilities
- Proven success in performance marketing, paid media, and ROI optimization
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing strategies
- Experience managing large budgets and multi-channel campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
