We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing and SEO Manager who can take ownership of our digital growth strategy.

You will work closely with analytics, content, and business teams to translate complex data into high-performing campaigns.

You are the voice of performance marketing in a room full of stakeholders, ensuring every decision is backed by data and aligned with business goals.

You will work with leading SEO, analytics, and marketing automation tools to execute and optimize campaigns efficiently.

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies including technical SEO, on page optimization, and link building initiatives

Plan, launch, and optimize multi channel campaigns across search, display, and social platforms

Monitor key metrics including traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously improve campaign performance

Collaborate with content teams to ensure all digital content is optimized for search visibility and user engagement

Guide and mentor junior marketing specialists and coordinate with cross functional teams

Prepare clear performance reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership and clients

6 plus years in digital marketing with strong focus on SEO and performance marketing

At least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs

Experience with paid media platforms including Google Ads and social media advertising

Proven ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies

Strong presentation and reporting skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly

Results driven, detail oriented, and proactive with a strong focus on continuous improvement
