Own the AWS infrastructure supporting a 24/7 SaaS platform for hotels, resorts, and casinos.
Help the engineering organization automate manual toil while maintaining reliability, security, and scalability.
About the Company
The company provides a revenue and profit operating system for hotels, resorts, and casinos.
Its platform includes products such as GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, and Advance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Architect and implement infrastructure for critical system migrations.
- Design, build, and maintain AWS tooling and processes for scalable SaaS products.
- Partner with developers to strengthen reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Maintain highly available and secure infrastructure components.
- Align technical and non-technical teams on infrastructure decisions.
- Participate in weekly on-call rotation and lead root cause analysis for lasting fixes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in an Ops, DevOps, or SRE role with system design and architecture experience.
- Hands-on cloud infrastructure administration with AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also welcomed.
- Engineering-level networking and security knowledge.
- Fluency with AWS services including IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
- Production experience with Terraform or Terragrunt and Chef or Puppet.
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, and GitOps workflows.
- Experience with DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Ability to read Java, Ruby, Bash/Zsh, HCL, Python, and JavaScript.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience with ECS or EKS is advantageous.
- Exposure to SOC 2 or secure-by-default practices is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Layer 7 load balancing is advantageous.

- The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the United States.
- The role includes a weekly on-call rotation supporting 24/7 services.
