Role Responsibilities
- Lead development projects from concept, feasibility, and planning through delivery.
- Develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
- Evaluate new development opportunities and prepare investment recommendations.
- Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, authorities, and project teams.
- Monitor project costs, timelines, quality, risks, and overall performance.
- Lead project approvals, planning processes, and development requirements.
- Conduct market research and assess commercial opportunities and development potential.
- Manage relationships with investors, partners, government entities, and key stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
