Role Overview
Lead the full lifecycle of real estate development projects from site selection and feasibility studies through construction and final client handover.
Manage project design, execution, budgets, schedules, approvals, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee project briefs, planning, execution, completion, and handover for real estate development projects.
- Assist with RFP preparation and identify suitable consultants.
- Evaluate technical and financial consultant proposals and recommend appointments to management.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, and other multidisciplinary consultants.
- Coordinate project launches and marketing materials with stakeholders.
- Review consultant design packages and coordinate cross-functional reviews.
- Obtain required permits and approvals while ensuring compliance with local zoning laws and regulations.
- Report to senior management on progress, milestones, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead value engineering and coordinate with cost consultants and contractors to meet budget requirements.
- Monitor construction progress, schedules, quality standards, and budget performance.
- Maintain relationships with partners, officials, community leaders, consultants, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Architecture, with residential and/or hospitality project experience.
- At least 8 years of real estate industry experience and a proven UAE development project track record.
- Strong understanding of project launches, UAE codes and regulations, permitting, and construction workflows.
- Demonstrated budget management experience for large-scale real estate development projects.
- Excellent project management, organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify issues, mitigate risks, and develop timely solutions.
- Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to review multidisciplinary design packages against project vision, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
