Senior Development Manager (1194)

Responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of real estate development projects—from site evaluation and feasibility through design, construction, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all project phases: brief development, planning, design coordination, execution, and completion.

Lead preparation of RFPs, identify suitable consultants, and evaluate technical and financial proposals.

Coordinate and oversee multidisciplinary consultants (architectural, engineering, ID) to ensure alignment with project strategy, budget, and schedule.

Review design packages and ensure cross-functional coordination.

Manage project approvals, permits, and compliance with local zoning and regulatory requirements.

Prepare progress reports covering design status, key milestones, risks, and budget updates.

Lead value engineering, work with cost consultants, and coordinate with contractors to maintain budget and schedule targets.

Support construction monitoring in collaboration with the construction team, ensuring quality and adherence to project objectives.

Coordinate project launch activities and marketing material requirements with internal stakeholders.

Minimum 8 years’ UAE real estate development experience (residential/hospitality).
