Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop, enhance, and maintain the iBank onboarding platform.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support production and non-production environments, including incident, problem, and change management.
Investigate and resolve application defects, performance issues, and integration failures.
Coordinate deployments, releases, and post-release validations.
Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
Ensure application availability, security, and compliance with bank standards.
Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and support runbooks.
Participate in CAB, DR, and audit/compliance activities.
Requirements
- EXPERIENCE & ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum formal qualifications required as part of the job.
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering
- Master’s in Management/IT preferred
- Relevant Industry Certification(s)
- Industry Certification in Scrum/Agile/Project Management desirable
- Proficiency in Angular, Java, JBoss, Spring Boot, ADO , Postman and Swagger is a must
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Information Technology within Banking or Financial Services, with exposure to wholesale banking or client onboarding solutions.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise web applications and integrations.
- Strong technical experience in Angular, Java, Spring Boot, APIs, databases, DevOps pipelines, and application monitoring tools.
