Job Summary
Seeking 3-5 Yrs experienced skilled Software Developer with a strong foundation in Computer Science and hands-on experience in Python-based application development. The ideal candidate will have experience building web applications, working with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and utilizing modern development practices including Git and CI/CD. This role requires proficiency in object-oriented programming and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, along with VS Code. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain software applications using Python and object-oriented programming principles.
Design, build, and support web applications, APIs, and backend services.
Develop and optimize database solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Manage source code using Git and participate in code reviews.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
Use development tools such as VS Code, GitHub Copilot, and Claude to enhance productivity and code quality.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
Skill Requirements
Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies.
Proficiency in Python programming and object-oriented design.
Experience with web application development and RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, source control, and modern AI-powered development tools.
Other Requirements
Positions based with priority to Bangalore and Chennai.
Additionally, Hyderabad and Pune can also be considered.
Initially would have to work from client's location 5 days a week and after 2 months can switch to Hybrid working - 3 days WFO.
