Role Overview
Loyalytics is seeking a Senior Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join its engineering team.
The role requires strong MERN stack experience, logical reasoning, problem-solving, independent delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
The position is office-based, and in-person interview rounds are mandatory for shortlisted candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build React.js frontend applications and Node.js with Express.js backend services and APIs.
- Work with MongoDB on database design, queries, and performance optimization.
- Translate requirements into reliable solutions and resolve complex technical issues.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in reviews, coding standards, architecture discussions, and process improvement.
