We are looking for an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical components. The candidate should have hands-on experience in developing reports, supporting data loads, extracts, and basic configurations using Oracle Fusion technical tools. Good to Have • Experience in at least 1 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support project. • Exposure to OIC, REST/SOAP services, and approval workflows. • Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Fusion Technical certification.

Key Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities • Develop and support reports using BI Publisher and OTBI. • Support data upload and migration activities using HDL. • Assist in building and maintaining HCM Extracts based on business requirements. • Support development and troubleshooting of Fast Formulas. • Work with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. • Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support activities. • Prepare technical documentation, report specifications, data load templates, and test evidence. • Support issue analysis for reports, extracts, data loads, and formula-related defects.
