Role Overview
WePlay is seeking a Senior Designer for a six-month contract with potential to extend or become permanent.
The role reports to the Design Director and supports creative projects for sports brands and events across the UAE and wider Middle East.
The designer will work with an integrated studio alongside the UK team and lead projects from concept through final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative development from concept generation through final execution.
- Translate client briefs into strategically informed and visually impactful creative solutions.
- Design brand identities, visual systems, campaign toolkits, and marketing assets across multiple platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of the regional team.
- Create campaign concepts and activation ideas aligned with commercial and engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with strategists, account teams, production specialists, and senior stakeholders.
