Role Overview
IMKAN Properties is hiring a Senior Design Manager in Abu Dhabi.
The role leads design management across a portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design and development activities across the project lifecycle.
- Manage design consultants, deliverables, budgets, timelines, and quality.
- Coordinate with Development, Projects, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Sales teams.
- Liaise with external consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead design reviews, technical coordination, and project presentations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering, or master planning.
- Strong developer-side or client-side design management experience.
- Proven experience managing consultants and multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong technical, design review, budget, and project delivery skills.
- Good knowledge of UAE authority regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Navisworks, and MS Office.
- UAE real estate development experience is preferred.
