Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary design consultancy team for timely, high-quality delivery aligned with project objectives and budget.
• Develop and monitor design programmes, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and wider project teams.
• Lead design meetings and maintain design management documentation, reports, and trackers.
• Manage design issues, risks, scope, change control, and design approvals.
• Review multidisciplinary design deliverables for coordination, quality, and project compliance.
• Ensure document control and compliance with design management processes, BIM, HSE, and technical standards.
• Maintain knowledge of architecture, construction, design standards, materials, and building technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a Design Manager role.
• Extensive design management experience.
• Consultant-side or client-side experience.
• Strong project planning, project controls, and commercial acumen.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design management tools and software.
• Strong organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across the Emirates as required.
