Senior Design Manager

Job Overview:

Qualifications:

• § Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• § 15+ years of experience in managing corporate workplace design projects, preferably for large organizations or financial institutions.
• § Strong knowledge of workplace trends, space planning, sustainability practices, and building systems.
• § Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• § Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
• § Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• § Knowledge of local building codes, ADA requirements, and other regulatory standards.
• § Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• § Experience working within a large corporate environment, particularly in the financial sector.
• § Familiarity with WELL Building Standards, LEED certification, or other sustainability frameworks.
• § Experience in managing design projects that involve complex technology integration and hybrid workplace strategies.
• Work Environment:
• This is a hybrid role with some travel required to other corporate locations as necessary. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing a diverse range of workplace projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
