Role Overview
Senior Design Engineer responsible for interpreting drawings and producing structural engineering design deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Read and accurately interpret drawings.
- Notify the Project Manager of scheduling conflicts.
- Produce CAD/BIM production drawing packages including structural details.
- Prepare logical, reviewable, and presentable calculations for review, approval, and client submission.
- Perform structural calculations using analysis programs or manual methods.
- Collaborate with team members to complete engineering tasks on time.
- Ensure project drawings and calculations are reviewed and approved by senior staff.
- Work cooperatively with team members.
- Participate in office meetings and discussions.
- Report non-compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Two years of Design Engineer experience is preferred.
- Ability to interpret drawings accurately and perform structural calculations.
- Ability to prepare reviewable calculations and engineering design documentation.
Compensation
- Full-time permanent position.
- Pay is ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month.
