Role Overview
The Senior Delivery Manager supports Director-level leadership in end-to-end management of projects within the Enterprise Delivery Office's Enterprise Data and AI portfolio.
The role leads project execution, cross-workstream coordination, risk and issue management, delivery governance, and continuous improvement.
The manager partners with business, technology, and external vendors to deliver programs within scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day planning and execution of Enterprise Data and AI portfolio initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, deliverables, and expectations across business, technology, delivery, and vendor partners.
- Maintain integrated plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking across multiple workstreams.
- Manage risks, issues, mitigation strategies, escalation, and decision recommendations.
- Prepare status reporting for Director- and VP-level governance forums.
- Support Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery and improve delivery practices.
- Track budgets, forecasts, vendor spend, cost controls, and resource planning.
- Ensure compliance with delivery frameworks, technology standards, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Manage scope, schedule, and priority changes and facilitate trade-off decisions.
