Act as a senior business partner connecting business strategy, product priorities and technology execution.

Lead complex cross-functional delivery, establish enterprise PMO capability and embed pragmatic agile and enterprise delivery frameworks.

Translate strategy and business needs into prioritised roadmaps, delivery outcomes and executable plans.

Establish and mature an enterprise PMO operating model covering intake, prioritisation, business cases, stage gates, assurance, reporting and benefits tracking.
Introduce proportionate governance, standards, templates and controls across agile, predictive and hybrid environments.
Maintain portfolio insight covering outcomes, milestones, investment, capacity, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions.
Partner with Finance, Product, Technology and business leaders on investment planning, resource forecasting, scenarios and value realisation.

Lead complex business-critical programmes and cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
Own integrated delivery plans and manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and dependencies.
Remove organisational and technology impediments and manage third-party suppliers and consultants where required.

Coach Product Owners on product vision, outcome-based roadmaps, value prioritisation, backlog health, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coach teams and leaders in Scrum, Kanban, Lean and scaled enterprise practices, adapting methods to the work and risk.
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, reviews and retrospectives, and build capability through mentoring and communities of practice.
Promote continuous improvement using flow, predictability, quality, customer and value metrics.

Produce concise, decision-oriented portfolio reporting on progress, forecast, value, risk and required action.
Use data to identify systemic delivery constraints and improve ways of working, governance, capability and organisational design.
Model calm, inclusive and accountable leadership while balancing strategic planning with hands-on delivery support.

Substantial experience leading complex technology-enabled change, programmes or portfolios in a senior delivery, transformation or PMO leadership role.
Experience establishing, transforming or materially maturing an enterprise PMO or portfolio governance capability.
Strong knowledge of agile, lean, enterprise-scale and hybrid delivery frameworks.
Experience coaching Product Owners and senior stakeholders in product thinking, prioritisation, roadmaps, backlogs and value realisation.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, organisational, commercial and communication skills.
Experience with investment cases, budgets, resource planning, suppliers, benefits management, portfolio reporting, Jira and Confluence.
A degree or equivalent professional experience is required; relevant certifications and events, media or international experience are desirable.
