Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Serve as the Portfolio Senior Delivery Lead connecting with business leaders, technology managers and technical teams to understand technology requirements and support the implementation of solutions that enhance business outcomes and maximize business value
- Recognizing opportunities for improvement and innovation as part of our agile cultural and maturity, be a visible and vocal champion for change
- Apply change, risk and resource management frameworks effectively
- Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Technology Program and Project planning, risk management
- Program and project budgeting and financial governance
- Strong leadership skills to lead project teams to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget
- Strong communication skills to communicate program/project status, issues and risks effectively and clearly at all levels, including key stakeholders and executives.
- Experience with Enterprise Change Governance policies and standards including the Permits process
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues
- Proactive in driving team to achieve commitments and results
- Proactive in anticipating risks and resolving them
- Embraces and drives changes
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate, practical experience in a technical field is required
- Excellent business, financial and technical acumen including Global Technology (Wealth/Consumer) subject matter knowledge
- Experience of portfolio and program management or commensurate, practical experience leading technical / business teams in delivering both large scale, multi-year programs as well BAU/lights on project change.
- Extensive understanding in operating a business or technology organization running a mature Agile at Scale (SAFe 4.0+) enterprise including experience with large scale Program Increment (PI), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Value Stream (VS) planning, creation and management
- Detailed knowledge of the processes, procedures & policies that govern technology at BofA including programming standards, engineering design, maintenance, application activities, compliance, risk and security standards
- Understanding of Technology as it is allows you to run the Programs/Projects more efficiently and efficiently. Basic understanding of AI is required.
- Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance / Risk Mitigation programs or projects is preferred
- Knowledge of business processes and procedures
- Experience leveraging policies, standards and controls to drive risk reduction
