Senior Database Engineer

Design, implement, and manage High Availability and Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions.

Manage SQL Always on Availability Groups, Failover Clustering, Log Shipping, Replication, and Backup Strategies.

Conduct periodic disaster recovery testing and recovery validation exercises.

Ensure database backups are completed successfully and recoverability is maintained.

Monitor database health and proactively identify performance bottlenecks.

Perform query optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.

Review database growth trends and conduct capacity planning.

Improve database performance through tuning and best practices implementation.

Review and remediate database vulnerabilities identified through security assessment tools.

Implement database hardening, encryption, auditing, and access management controls.

Ensure adherence to security, governance, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Manage user permissions, roles, and database access controls.

Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and T-SQL.

Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions.

Automate routine DBA tasks to improve operational efficiency.

Shaping energy solutions to empower sustainable connectivity.
