Role overview
Seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer or Data Scientist with 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.
Key requirements
- Strong expertise in Python, machine learning, and data science.
- Hands-on experience with classification, regression, NLP, Scikit-learn, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong experience in generative AI, prompt engineering, LLM applications, and LangChain.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Strong experience in team leadership, management, and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional skills
- Experience with Agentic AI, PySpark, ETL or data engineering, and SQL or NoSQL is good to have.
- Experience with the Palantir Platform and AIP is highly desirable.
Availability
- Immediate joiners and candidates available within 15 days are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹1,500,000.00 to ₹2,500,000.00 per year.
