Role Overview
Ignite Reading delivers one-to-one virtual tutoring focused on foundational reading skills.
The Senior Data Scientist supports Partnerships and Sales, Marketing, and CX teams as the Data and Analytics team's advanced analytics practitioner.
This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Analytics.
The organization is virtual with headquarters in the California Bay Area.
Advanced Analytics and Modeling
- Design production-ready predictive models for partner churn, lead scoring, and partner health scores.
- Develop attribution, marketing mix models, and other marketing analytics frameworks.
- Apply statistical methods to identify leading indicators, drivers, and patterns in partner data.
- Own the full machine learning lifecycle from problem framing through deployment and monitoring.
AI and Collaboration
- Build and deploy agentic workflows and Claude Skills to accelerate analytical and modeling tasks.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and mentor the broader analytics team on AI-assisted development.
